• Contact details you give us — your email address when you join our notify list, and your name, email, phone (optional), and any note when you reserve items at checkout.
• Order information — the items you reserve or purchase and related details needed to fulfill your order.
• Basic technical data — standard server/CDN logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you visit, used for security and to keep the Site running.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. See “Cookies & Analytics” below.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, hold, and fulfill your reservations and orders.
• To contact you about your order or respond to your inquiries.
• To send you updates about new drops and restocks only if you joined our notify list (you can opt out anytime).

We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and process orders — for example, our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) and, when payments go live, our payment processor. When online payments are enabled, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Square). We do not store your full card details on our systems; that information is handled directly by the processor under its own privacy and security terms.

The Site currently uses only essential browser storage needed to make features work — for example, remembering the items in your shopping bag. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

We may add analytics (such as Google Analytics) or marketing tools in the future to understand how the Site is used. If and when we do, we will update this policy and, where required, present a cookie-consent choice before any non-essential cookies are set.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
